Purchase agreement

Greeting cards and bookmarks can be purchased at www.GabriellArtDesigns.com. These General Terms and Conditions form part of the contract and are legally valid and binding. By using the GabriellArtDesings.com the user accepts the terms and conditions and privacy policy contained herein. The brand reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.

Prices and Delivery

All prices on this site include VAT, at the legal rate in force, and are added to transport costs. We ship orders all over the world. The price of shipping is variable, and is calculated based on the total weight of the order. Orders begin to be processed after payment confirmation, which must be made within 24 hours, so as not to compromise stocks in stock, since the products are unique pieces. Given the time interval between placing the order, accepting it and sending the confirmation email, we cannot guarantee stock availability. In some cases we can produce the piece on request, however, and because they are unique and manufactured items, they will never be exactly the same pieces. After receipt of payment, the order will usually be dispatched within 1-2 business days. For orders from abroad, the delivery time may be extended by up to 7 business days. Cards are usually sent via ctt; multiple cards may also be sent via DHL. If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, GabriellArtDesigns reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. Payment can be done by Paypal or MBway.
